Service Interruption

​Due to an unexpected line break identified earlier today in the greenbelt near Bosque Loop, select addresses on Monte Alto Rd. (including Cul-de-sacs), Altura Rd. Mariano Rd., Cuesta Rd., Cagua Rd., Carlito Rd. & Avila Rd., are experiencing a service interruption (no water service) or low pressure.  As of ~1:30 PM this afternoon, additional manpower was called to assist with the repair. As of 5 PM tonight, we received word from the field crew that although the repair is nearing completion, it is not done yet, and you can expect the outage to continue for a little longer into the evening hours. 
In the meantime, we highly recommend 

preparing accordingly by purchasing bottled
water until service is restored.
