Note: ALL CUSTOMERS will receive paper billing only for at least the next two (2) months as we transition through the final stages of the process.
AUTO-PAY USERS: Although you may have previously signed up for auto pay with our old payment processor, you will need to create a new account with our new payment processor.
Payments will still be accepted by check at our 2 drop boxes (office & Agora). Please NO CASH.
What you can expect with Paymentus:
- Easy-to-use interface
- One-time payments or register for online account
- Payments online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards
- Additional payment methods like PayPal, PayPal Credit (subject to customer credit approval), Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH (with associated lower fees seen below)
- Email confirmation after online payment is made
- Pay-by-phone by calling: 1-833-615-3419
- Pay-by-phone for Spanish-speaking customers: 1-866-332-7426
