Invoice Cloud provides an online service that enables you to access your account from anywhere around the world and review your bill electronically.

Payments can be made online using Invoice Cloud, by phone or by text, with a credit or debit card, or as a charge against a bank account. You can also set up automatic or scheduled payments.

There is no charge to view your bill online or to continue to pay your bill by check or through your financial institution’s online bill-pay system. However, there is a transaction fee (see chart below) when using Invoice Cloud payment services. FYI: Third-party transaction fees are not paid to EAWSD. They are charged by the online bill payment provider.

There is no additional charge to set up transactions as Autopay, Scheduled Payments, or Pay-by-Text.

Transactions made by phone at 1-844-678-4544 incur a 75-cent charge in addition to the $2.95 Transaction Fee (or 3.15% on total transaction amount, whichever is greater). EAWSD has 2 drop boxes (office & Agora). Please NO CASH.
