Board Meetings are currently held on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 7:00 pm [MT] and may be found on the Event & Meeting Calendar.  (Any exceptions to this meeting schedule will be publicized in advance of each meeting).
Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held in the Public Conference Room of the EAWSD Administrative Offices located at:
2 North Chamisa Drive, Santa Fe, NM 87508-8162

All Board meetings are open to the public and there is a time for public comment.
Agendas for Board meetings are posted on the District website and at the District office at least 72 hours prior to each meeting; they are also posted on the message boards at ECIA and the Agora.  Meeting minutes are posted on the website after approval by the Board of Directors, usually within 2-3 weeks.
If you would like to include an item on the Board agenda, please contact our District office or email the Board President at least ten days prior to the date of the Board meeting at which you would like to appear.
Note.  Some Board meetings or portions of Board meetings may be held in closed session to allow the Board to discuss pending litigation and similar matters.
