​​The District's September 2022 WATER UTILITY MASTER PLAN update, prepared by our consulting engineer, Molzen Corbin, identified the Balsa Rd et al project as the second-highest priority pipeline replacement project. Within the last 6-10 years, this area has experienced a significant and ongoing number of service lateral breaks that have now surpassed the end of their expected useful service life and require replacement.

On June 26, the District held a hybrid Neighborhood Meeting to inform the residents living in this immediate area of what to expect once project construction begins on July 7. If you were unable to attend the Neighborhood Meeting, below is a link to the meeting agenda and a ZOOM recording of the meeting. Completion of the three identified segments of the project will take approximately 120 days or 4 months, barring any unforeseen delays.
